    My 7 year old son is struggling with his emotions and anxiety These books are a fab way of teaching him different techniques and getting him engaged There are lots of activities, which he really enjoyed well worth the money


    We began using these books in the school I work at I decided to get one for my 9 year old daughter She s really enjoyed using it, cannot recommend enough.

    I keep buying books from this series as they are so good This one helps children understand bullying as well as giving them the tools to cope with and move forward from it As a teacher, and as a parent, I can t recommend this book enough.
